Kyle is an associate at Bloch & White LLP.  He joined the firm in 2025 after clerking for Judge Robert D. Sack of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and Judge Frederic Block of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Before clerking, Kyle served as the litigation fellow at Katz Banks Kumin LLP, where he practiced plaintiff-side employment and other civil rights law. Kyle is a 2022 graduate of the Yale Law School, where he served as a research assistant to Professors Amy Kapczynski, Douglas Kysar, and John Fabian Witt and as executive editor of the Yale Law & Policy Review. During law school, Kyle worked at several labor unions, a union-side labor law firm, and the Subcommittee on Antitrust, Commercial, and Administrative Law of the United States House Judiciary Committee. His note on the labor law governing child and home care workers was published by the Yale Law Journal. Kyle graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 2016, where he earned a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics and History.
