- Represented individual charged with distributing narcotics in undercover sting operation, resulting in full acquittal of all charges after jury trial.
- Represented individual charged with felony gun possession and related charges, resulting in full acquittal of all charges after jury trial.
- Represented a witness in a civil action brought by the Attorney General of the State of New York against opioid manufacturers and distributors.
- Represented major financial institution in connection with an investigation by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission concerning alleged manipulation of ISDAFIX rates.
- Represented major defense contractor in False Claims Act investigation conducted by the Civil Division of the U.S. Department of Justice concerning a more than $1 billion defense contract, ultimately resulting in the government electing not to intervene in action.
- Represented individual in a post-trial Rodriguez hearing ordered by the New York Court of Appeals.
